Rolling out JUGIM!

Great news, our project at Java.net (JUGIM) had been approved. On today, I announce a kick off start into development!

Again, I'm seeking volunteer developers to join the development team, as well as content developers. Mail me if you are interested at dev@jugim.dev.java.net. Any form of constructive feedback will be most welcome!

We decided to promote JUGIM project into the Java.net's incubator in the future!
